This commercial therapy clinic needed to redo their offices to add a new service
to their clinic; we completed the demo, steel stud framing, fire-chasing, drywall
install and finishing and T-bar ceiling tile installation. All on time, on budget.

We were hired to redo the ceiling in this condo after the purchaser bought a condo
from a smoker. This is the before picture. We converted the ceiling to a back-round
tinted knockdown ceiling. The renovation of this condo included new ceiling, new
bathroom tub install for seniors (Safe-T Tub), new flooring thru-out and full touch-up
of the old walls.

This knockdown ceiling started as a painted stipple ceiling stained with smoke.
It turned out beautiful.

We use 6-mil poly, all joints are sealed with sheathing tape (tuck tape; red) and
all electrical boots on walls and ceilings are pulled through the poly and sealed
with sheathing tape. All wood corners and double plates and studs are acousti-sealant
caulked.
